Week 2: Day 14 Of 28 BBG

Day 14 of 28! 2 Weeks in! 


1️⃣ Replace processed late night snacks with healthier snacks 😐 cause I’m all for healthier habits , not restrictions. 💁🏻

2️⃣ Sleep early, Wake Up early 😴☀️ cause you know that saying, ‘early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise’. 

3️⃣ Daily Meal prep. Fitness is 20% and 80% nutrition. 

As my 2 week achievement, I decided to treat myself to more containers. Okay, only one set (I have some at home) but the pink and blue are for my kids. Yup, meal preps for my kids. 🙌🏻 As a family, we eat healthy, but I would like to be more disciplined. Use Food as my fuel , not my comfort, not my reward, not my motivation. No, 🚫we’re not on a diet. 

4️⃣ Continue progress 😎 

Start small. Little by little. Day by day. My first 2 weeks getting back on the fitness wagon hasn’t been perfect. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about effort. When you bring that effort every single day, that’s when transformation happens. Living a healthier life is more than losing weight, it’s about losing the mindset that got you there in the first place. ✨Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must, but take the step.✨
